Every author who publishes in the International Journal of Research in Engineering (P-ISSN: 2664-8776, E-ISSN: 2664-8784) receives a Certificate of Publication from the journal. This page explains what the certificate is, who gets it and how it reaches you.
The Certificate of Publication is a formal document issued by the journal confirming that a named author has published a specific research paper in a stated volume and issue. Authors commonly use it for academic records, promotion and appraisal files, PhD and thesis submission requirements, and institutional reporting where proof of publication in a peer-reviewed engineering journal is asked for.
The certificate is sent by post to the address given by the author at the time of submission. If your postal address changes at any point between submission and publication, inform the journal office in writing so the certificate is not sent to the wrong place. Address changes cannot be applied once a certificate has already been dispatched.
The published article itself carries a Crossref DOI, which is the permanent, verifiable record of publication. Anyone can confirm the paper independently through the journal archives or through the databases listed on the Indexing and Abstracting page — the certificate is a convenience document, while the DOI is the citation of record.
If you have not received your certificate, or need a correction in the name or paper title printed on it, contact the journal office with your article DOI or the volume and issue details.
