It is significant to decrease energy consumption in the biological treatment process of greywater for reuse. This paper aims to decrease energy consumption in MBR-based greywater reuse process for intown 200-family apartment. Before the treatment in MBR, pretreatment of greywater by ozone-enhanced microbubbles was added and compared to the conventional treatment. The results showed that energy consumption of the process was reduced by about 30% compared to the conventional process, assuring the guidelines for treated greywater quality.
